i almost thought about leaving a good review, but the hard bed was unforgivable. also, when i asked for bubble wrap for a fragile souvenir, instead of helping, i was treated like a nuisance. too bad they didn’t provide special treatment like complimentary snacks for the inconvenience. overall, a disappointing experience at villa estefania.

The presence of cats lounging around the property might not appeal to every guest, and having water bottles to shoo them away felt awkward. Overall, though, the charm of the place and the quality of the breakfast made our stay memorable, despite a few hiccups.
