i almost thought about leaving a good review, but the hard bed was unforgivable. also, when i asked for bubble wrap for a fragile souvenir, instead of helping, i was treated like a nuisance. too bad they didn’t provide special treatment like complimentary snacks for the inconvenience. overall, a disappointing experience at villa estefania.

The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring fresh local fruits, homemade pastries, and a delightful mix of cheeses and meats. The hosts, Francisco and Custodia, really cared for us, providing iced tea with fresh lemonade upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room we stayed in was cozy and well-equipped, complete with a kitchenette and a private garden area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. However, the shower temperature control presented a challenge. It was tough to find the right temperature, leading to a frustrating experience. Parking was also limited to the narrow public street outside, which may not accommodate everyone’s needs. The presence of cats lounging around the property might not appeal to every guest, and having water bottles to shoo them away felt awkward. Overall, though, the charm of the place and the quality of the breakfast made our stay memorable, despite a few hiccups.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like wi-fi, free parking, and cookware. On my first stay, the staff helped me with the best local taxi tip, which I still remember. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy getaway, and I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

We stayed with our family and little dog at this lovely place. The hosts really made our stay special with a fantastic breakfast of fresh baked treats and local cheeses. The kids loved exploring Pena Park nearby, which made for unforgettable family memories.
In my wife’s opinion, a ceiling fan would have been great for added comfort.

The room was super cozy, and I loved having a little fridge and Nespresso machine for that morning boost! The garden patio was such a peaceful escape, with a lovely water feature to relax by. The only hiccup was that it could get a bit humid, but that didn't really take away from the charm. 😊

Just a solid selection for a weekend pause in Sintra with best value. Front door was locked upon arrival but a woman appeared eventually and offered us coffee. Make sure to call ahead if you're arriving late.

Charming getaway with great vibes
Just spent a night here and loved it! The Rosa room was cozy, and we enjoyed hanging out in the lovely garden with a serene water feature. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious homemade pastries and a nice mix of options. Only thing, the shower could use some fixing. But overall, a delightful experience!
